And last but not least…

Sorry it’s been a while since my last post, things have been busy busy busy! I can’t wait to tell you about the new project I’m working on… soon I’ll post the details on my newest adventure in face & body painting! For now though, here are just a few of the latest new designs offered in my book…

Did you know that besides just being a professional face painter, I am also the Vice President of the North East Ohio Face Painters Guild, which is a professional organization of face painters in this region. We meet every month on the first Wednesday of the month at the Home Town Buffet in Parma, near the corner of Snow rd. and Broadview rd. This is a way for me to network with other painters, share tips and tricks, and also take some time to practice new designs. And as a bonus to you… we paint the patrons of the restaurant for FREE from 5:30 – 7:30 each time we’re there. Mark your calendars for next month and come in for dinner and get the kiddos painted!
Here are a few of the new designs I worked on at our February meeting…

I’ve been working on new designs specifically for the Chinese New Year Festival I’m painting at today. Come see me from 11-5 at the Asian Town Center located at 3820 Superior Ave., Cleveland, OH 44114. There’s entertainment all day long with dance performances, martial arts demonstrations, the traditional Lion Dance and fireworks! Try some yummy food and get your face painted by me! See you there!

Christmas is definitely the second most magical time of year (after Halloween of course), and since it’s so special the season deserves some of it’s own face painting designs! I spent 5 hours yesterday painting these fun and festive choices at a company holiday party and they were a hit! Maybe you have a fun event planned in the next few weeks that you’d like to add some magic to? Give me a call!
First up, a new design called Snowball Fight! This was super popular yesterday, and a personal favorite of mine.

And here’s a little outtake from my self painting session… Had a little trouble with my glitter bottle and dumped it all over myself! I think a good caption for this photo is “My Snowman pooped on me!”

Happy Holidays everyone!
Whenever I am painting away at birthday parties or family functions and have a gaggle of children around me watching intently as I transform their friends, I am constantly being asked “how did you learn to paint so well?” And my reply is always the same… “I practice all the time… the only way you get good at anything is to practice over and over again!” It’s true for everyone and everything… we all start at the beginning. And as much as I would like to only show you my perfect pictures and designs I’ve spent extra time on to get them just right, I think maybe it’s important to show you some of my practice work as well. Hopefully soon I’ll have more pictures of these designs, done on real faces in the real word, and hopefully they’ll be even better!
Here are a few photos of some new designs and techniques I learned at a recent face painting workshop, taught by an artist far more superior than me, because even professionals still have to practice. :)

Here are a few of my recent paintings, a little more pretty this time. Not everyone wants blood and guts at halloween time!

Ok… and one more that’s not as much pretty as pretty darn cute!!!

I have just added a new page at the top of the screen titled PAINT REMOVAL. Here you can find step by step instructions and photos of a safe and gentle way to get all that beautiful paint off your child’s face, without the harsh scrubbing and subsequent tears!
Ahh the College years… when you’re old enough to do whatever you want, and still too young to think you’re too old to do things! It’s a magical time. Check out some of the fun ideas these college elite came up with for their face paintings. They get huge points for creativity!

Hello art lovers! I know my site has been boring for a while, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been out painting up a storm! Typically at a gig I am too busy to actually take pictures of my work, so when someone takes them for me it is a rare treat. Especially these amazing pics by photographer Brian Palmer, who captured his daughters experience really beautifully. I can’t wait to paint for his company again this winter so he can take some more awesome photos of my work! Take a look…
